Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Still Waters Collective. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

We hope that you will love what you ordered, but if something doesn't work out we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, damaged, or defective merchandise for returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original shipping date.

 

Return/Exchange Instructions

Please email support@stillwaterscollective.shop for all returns and exchanges. Once your order is received and inspected, we will send you an email that your return was received. We will send you an additional email to approval or rejection of refund. 

Items eligible for a return:

Unworn/unwashed/unused items and in the same condition in which you received it. No final sale items will be eligible for return or exchange, unless damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please email support@stillwaterscollective.shop with a photo of the damaged items, and we will be more than happy to assist you!

Refunds

Once your return is received, approval or rejection of refund will be sent via email. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Customer is responsible for payment of shipping of return, and it will be deducted from refund. 

If approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method, within 10 business days.

Exchanges

We will replace your item if it is damaged or defective. Please email support@stillwaterscollective.shop for further assistance.

Shipping

Shipping costs on a return is deducted from the refund amount. Shipping costs from original order cannot be refunded. Shipping times may vary depending on where you live. Shipping on exchanges is free. If exchange item is more or less than original item, we will issue a refund once item wishing to be exchanged is received, and send you an email. Then, place a new order for the item you desire. 

 

Production

At Still Waters Collective, we do our best to keep prices fair while maintaining the quality and comfort you love. Some pieces and prints simply cost a little more to produce, and that’s reflected in the price. Every item is created with care and purpose, so you can wear your faith proudly and comfortably.
